Deliveries

All of our orders are sent out on a next working day delivery with DPD. The UK's most reliable courier. Please provide us with your mobile number at checkout and DPD will text you with a 1 hour window on your morning of delivery.

Delivery Times

All orders before 1pm Monday - Thursday will be delivered on the next working day.

Next day orders from Friday - Sunday will be sent on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

If your ordering on a Friday and need your goods delivered on the weekend, you can choose Saturday or Sunday delivery at checkout. (This comes at an extra cost).

Returns

We hope you love your order dolls! However, we understand sometimes it may not be what you were looking for.

We are happy to provide a full refund for items that returned in new unworn condition with original packaging and tags. Returns must be received back to us within 14 days of your order being delivered to you. (NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS)

HOW TO RETURN

Please contact sales@modabellaboutiquex.com or our Instagram page modabellaboutiquex to request a return.

Please ensure the returns slip included in your order is filled out and included in the return. Without this, we cannot process a refund.

Please note we do not cover postage fees and original postage fees are non- refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not follow our policy. Any signs of wear, stains, damage will not be accepted.

Refunds will take 2-5 working days to be processed and then 2-5 working days for the funds to be returned to original payment method.

When returning goods, we advise it is sent tracked and that the receipt is kept. We are not responsible for any missing returns.
